Here’s hoping that each agency provides a permanent, universally unique identifier for each and every entry and feed.

It’s really too bad they didn’t specify “agencies are required to provide a validated feed”.

I guess the need for validation is implicit. If there is a requirement to report something, it is implicit that the requirement is for “valid” English, etc.
