Layering

• Mozilla will send Accept-encoding: gzip
• Apache supports gzip, and will respond appropriately
• Mozilla will unzip then start to parse
• Upon encountering a <meta http-equiv=""> it will refetch the page
  • Specifying a range: bytes 4068- header
