Yahoo! and REST

Earlier this month, Yahoo! released their Yahoo! Search Web Services.

• No documentation on encoding
• Input was iso-8859-1
• Output was utf-8
• HTTP Charset was incorrect
• Samples did not handle encoding properly

All since corrected, and quickly.  Kudos! to Yahoo!
