Add Introspection to auto-discovery
Notes:
* protocol metadata differentiated from representation metadata
Suggestion: use an atom-protcol metadata element that contians standard (pre-defined 80/20 elements such as draft/publish could be in the standard) and extension data that's targetted at the publishing system, and not intended to be passed through to the feed.
* no-challenge authentication is beneficial
