XML::Atom is able to create, retrieve, and delete entries against the bitworking.org apptestsite.
XML::Atom doesn't yet support the conditional PUT support (i.e., the ETag/If-Match support) apptestsite requires.
Released versions of XML::Atom do not support service discovery through service documents; I was able to develop support in XML::Atom for apptestsite's service document implementation.
