There is a list of companies on the RoadMap. Presumably, all their products will support Echo.

Yes, and there is a distinction between willing to adopt a fully developed standard verus testing to achieve project goals.
Weblog Software
Several early testers generated Necho 0.1 feeds. In terms of tools that included blojsom, CityDesk and MovableType. (And, whatever NickBoalch is running, which might be SnipSnap.) There now is a growing ListOfFeeds.

Yeah! There now has been a complete test of Sam Ruby Syndication. JeffLicquia wrote a patch for Straw as a Necho Aggregator and tested it on the sample feeds. Jeff also reports that BottomFeeder "now appears to have Necho support." Arguably, Straw and BottomFeeder are less popular news aggregators; nevertheless, we have proof of concept! 2003-07-07

Isofarro reports success with a patch to nntp//rss, another cross-platform news aggregator. 2003-07-08
-
HeikoHebig reports on news aggregator popularity: "the top five aggregators have a market share of 75%: Most popular on Windows is SharpReader, most popular on Mac - unsurprisingly - NetNewsWire. Together, they have a 40% market share."
-
DaveWiner reports that the Radio news aggregator now accepts the new format. 2003-07-12

Ooooh, Feedster almost has support for new format. Hopefully, feedback on encountered problems will get back to the developers.
