I got a chuckle out of seeing this on internal email: Let me go ahead and pre-answer Sam’s first question: No, we don’t currently support ETags.

I don’t even know what the project is about, and they already know my first question!  ;-)

So far, I’ve enjoyed starting and playing with this meme.  It was generally intended to separate out the clue-ful from the pretenders — and so far it has been effective at that.

Perhaps this is the point where a third category of players emerge: people who have actively thought about the problem, and perhaps have something meaningful to say.

Meanwhile, it looks like first class support for REST in Indigo means not being able to tell the difference between an email address and a name.
