Jeff Waugh: Technorati so exuberantly lets me know that Planet Intertwingly and Planet GNOME have linked to my blog whenver I have a new entry... ;-)

Two possible solutions:

• employ a number of diverse techniques to indicate that the content in the planet is not to be indexed.
• change Technorati to take advantage of the atom:source information in the Planet feed (example) to properly attribute the original source of each entry.

David Sifry has his engineering teem looking into this.

In the process, I added support for the Atom License Extension to the nightly version of the Universal Feed Parser, and to Venus.
