None. I am retired and not seeking employment. That being said, I continue to have an interest in participating and collaborating in open source and open standards.

Summary

I joined IBM in 1981 with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science. I started in what was then the Federal System's Division in Gaithersburg, Maryland. I moved to Raleigh and joined IBM's Software Group in 1991. I started working on open source and open standards in 1999 where I quickly attained industry wide recognition and leadership positions in multiple organizations.

Experience

• Apache Software Foundation Director (15 years). Key previous ASF roles: President, Secretary, Treasurer, VP Legal, VP Infrastructure, VP Jakarta.
• Published author: Agile Web Development with Rails 7 (Pragmatic Programming, 2009-present) and RESTful Web Services (O'Reilly, 2007)
• W3C HTML5 WG co-chair (2009-2015)
• IETF Atom Working Group Secretary (2004-2007)
• Convener of C# and .Net CLI WGs at ECMA (2000-2005)
• ECMAScript (JavaScript) Editor (1999), WG member (2006-2009)
• PHP Core Group (technically 1999-present, but no longer active)
