Dave: BTW, to the people who say UserLand never helps its
users, I gotta say this. They must not know Lawrence. Raise your
hand if he has helped you get past some kind of problem.
My hand is firmly in the air. So far, I've
needed support twice - the first time was clearly of my own doing,
and I won't rule out my being involved in the need for the second.
I didn't know Lawrence then, and even though it was a
Saturday morning, it only took a matter
of minutes to track down who to get help from and to get
complete, accurate, and up to date advice which enabled me to get
up and running with no data loss.
